I bought this as a starter set a month ago and built up my collection with other pots from the line. I was searching for something along the line of All-clad, so that the 3 metal layers created the entire pot, not just a circle on the bottom. The All-Clad were a bit out of my price range and too heavy for me to lift when I tested in the store, and that was empty. This set isn't quite as heavy but retains the good quality I was looking for.
